What You’ll Need
- 1 Avocado
- 175g Raspberries
- 2 Courgettes
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 table spoons of Maca Powder
- Filtered Water
Using a juicer add the ingredients and filter out the pulp. If you don’t have a juicer you can use a blender and strain the excess pulp using a sieve. This method requires a little more elbow grease a bit of patience. If you like pulp in your juices then leave them in! This will provide you with additional fibre to help your digestive system.
Tip! You can use pulp from your juices as mulch for a flower bed or herb garden!
