Our workshops are an opportunity to engage young people in thinking critically about a range of SRE topics from puberty to contraceptive choices.
Tough, Embarrassing, Awkward, Weird, Uncomfortable
We get it teaching Sexual, Reproductive and Menstrual wellbeing education can be ______* (INSERT ADJECTIVE HERE) which is why we do it for you! We understand that teachers don’t always feel equipped to provide the comprehensive SRE education that is needed to support the full development of students and we don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.
Outside educators can help to:
- Remove barriers
- Reduce stigma
- Reduce stress & Workload for teacher
- Support strategic and statutory objectives
- Support safeguarding disclosures due to the neutrality of the relationship
- Support Staff to better understand the impacts of menstrual well-being on learning
You don’t have to be a Jack of all trades! We can’t teach Pythagoras theorem but we’re 100% comfortable and confident discussing vaginas, vulvas, puberty, menstrual disorders, hormones, consent and self advocacy.
Team work makes the dream work right? Which is why we’ll deliver the puberty talk and all your staff need to bring is themselves (and the biscuits)!
“Young people everywhere have the right to the knowledge, tools and services they need to make informed decisions about their bodies and live full, healthy and productive lives.”

Our Education Services
Well-being education should be a joint effort. We facilitate workshops to help parents and care-givers to create safe spaces for discussion & learning
Whether you're a teacher or a social worker we can deliver training to suit your organisations needs and improve your practice.
We recognise that for some learners a full classroom environment might not be the best place to grow which is why we offer 1-2-1 and group programmes
