Having worked as a senior HR advisor for companies such as PR and marketing agency Livity, cult beauty brand MDM Flow and local government Bukky has a wealth of a creative experience in supporting teams to improve working relationships whilst meeting operational need. As a  CIPD qualified HR professional with a background in law and 5 years of proven generalist HR experience working alongside key Stakeholders in local government, advertising, PR and finance and Trade Unions in differing capacities.

Through her  expertise in Human Resource Management Bukky has been a direct designer and facilitator of The Womb Room’s Power. Progress. Change Programme supporting organisations to address structural inequality, implement policy change and redefine the working culture across teams. Facilitating events, mediation sessions, open forums and safe spaces to ask questions some may otherwise feel uncomfortable or unable to ask without the fear of ridicule are key components of the work Bukky delivers to support companies to recognise the importance of creating equitable working environments which support open conversations.
